ABOUT ME

I am passionate about Psychotherapy, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Mindfulness. I am highly skilled and experienced in working with early developmental trauma, people at risk of suicide and self harm, anxiety, depression, and addiction.

When I'm not in the paddock with the horses, I’m walking my dog, hiking, going to concerts, and swimming in the sea. I am a Melbournian born and bred, who spent 17 years living, working, and studying in London.  I miss London but not the weather!

We acknowledge the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation, who are the Traditional Owners of the land where we gather and pay our respects to Elders past and present.  We recognise their continued connection to Country and their role in caring for and maintaining Country and waterways over thousands of generations. Tread lightly on this land, it holds all our and the stories of our Grandmothers and Grandfathers and spiritual connections to Country.  May their strength and wisdom be with us today.

Bunurong Country encompasses the traditional lands and waters of the Bunurong people, an Aboriginal group of the Kulin Nation in southeast Victoria, Australia. Their territory stretches from the Werribee River to Wilson's Promontory, including Westernport Bay and the Mornington Peninsula. The Bunurong people have a deep connection to the land, water, plants, and animals of this region, and their cultural heritage is preserved through practices like ceremonies, songlines, and art.

This is an inclusive practice that values and respects diversity.
